Another hat which can be seen on my etsy shop
This hat includes cut up silk ties, is constructed with a tier whichis based on a beret pattern- it is very like the concertina hat , but with only one tier. I really like large tassels on hats. This hat could also be a dread tam- it is large enough.
It was inspired by the late night christmas shopping lighs and colours.
